Installing a 3 Inch Body lift
1st step is to remove the front and rear bumpers
Next is to remove the battery (will remove the rust and repaint) Here is the stock body bolts
Next using a 5 ton jack we rise one side at a time
We raise the right side about 3.25" to put in the 3" spacer blocks
3" spacer black on top on the OEM Body bushings also the Bracket to relocate the Parking Brake
installing the front body mount and spacer As we raised the body 3" higher, we had to drop the fan shroud 3" lower
Installed the lower radiator drop down brackets
Installing the rear bumper with the 3" brackets
The rear bumper is now mounted and aligned |
