The "Tear Down"
Removed the Soft Top, Seats, Carpet and drop the front windshield
One bolt was missing from the transfer case shifter, replaced it
The Jeep "Tub" also the side steps
Plastic flare fenders removed
Removed the front bumper and headlight trim
Jacked the Jeep up from upcoming work.............see next pages for details
Rear output seal is leaking, pulled of tail housing, and will replace shaft and seal
As you can see the shaft is damaged, will replace shaft / Front drive shaft
Metal strips that hold the OEM flare fenders got treated with "POR 15" |
