Handle the operations of AirTrans Freight Services. AirTrans is a Local Freight Company that operates in the Dallas / Fort Worth Area. Currently AirTrans has 10 Tractor Trucks and 10 Bobtail Trucks.  I also helped design a Dispatch / Order entry computer program that is Microsoft Access Based.  Currently I’m working on setting up the company to have ”Real Time” information on the Internet for our Costumers.

I currently handle the following:   Payroll, Accounting (Accounts payables / receivables), Costumers Billing, Computer network,  Computer LAN,  IT department

Handle currency and Commodity day trading for Interfund Group. Work with and designed computer programs to place trades.  Worked with brokers direct of the floor on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Designed software to keep track on the trades placed and profit and loss on each trade.

 In charge of the complete construction of a 70 Room Hotel / Resort in Belize Central America.  Designed and Installed the following from the ground up, 3 Electric Generators, Power grid / delivery system, Self contained sewer system with remote lift stations, Sewage treatment plant, 25,000 gallon per day reverse osmosis water plant, 700 feet of concrete sea wall, Two 20 units hotel buildings that were built over water, 100 x 75 foot pool with swim up bar and grill telephone/PBX system, C-Band Satelite system with distributions feeds, Hotel Laundry Service, Maintenance Building, Boat Houses, Dive Shop and 3 Piers with boat slips, Computers  and networking for Hotel, Front Desk, Billing, Inventory control, Time Card Keeping and Accounting. The first Casino in the country. Handle the operations and maintenance of the following:  Power Generation, Grid Distribution, Water purification plant and distribution, Telephone, TV Satellite, Computers, LAN, Air Conditioners, Freezer Units, Ice machines, 10 Boats with outboard and inboard engines, Twin Diesel engine Barge, Heavy Equipment (Bulldozers, Backhoe, 25 Ton Crain), Small Equipment (Golf Carts, 4 Wheelers), Hotel Laundry Equipment, Restaurant and Bar Equipment,  Hotel Reservations and billing system. Pool equipment.  I was also in charge of the Daily functions of this Hotel / Resort. Including the following:  Front Desk services, Reservations, Guest Billing, Guest Check Outs, Restaurant, Bar, Grills, Casino, Accounting, Inventory Control, Hotel Maintenance, Grounds keeping, Boats and Water Taxi’s, Hotel Staff.

Oil Field Maintenance

Was involved in maintenance of oil field equipment.  Painting Oil field tank batteries, Oil Pumping Units, Pipelines, Disposing Salt water from storage tank to disposal well.
